Well the February session is well under way and it is moving very fast. Yesterday my bill, the Family Protection Act, HB 3631 was passed by the House in a unanimous vote! This bill will help protect some of the most vulnerable members of our population. I am so happy to have the full support of the house. Check out the Oregonian’s article about my bill.
Next up is HB 3649, which I will carry to the floor. This bill creates jobs in Hood River and directly benefits our local Farmers Irrigation District in, by allowing them to qualify for the Renewable Portfolio Standard.
